PM thanks Speaker Kevin McCarthy for inviting him to address Joint Meeting of Congress on 22nd June

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has thanked Speaker of US House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy, U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, Majority Leader of the Senate Chuck Schumer, and Minority Leader of the U.S House of Representatives Hakeem Jeffries for inviting him to address a Joint Meeting of the Congress on 22nd of this month.

In a tweet, Mr Modi



said, he is honored to accept and look forward to once again address a Joint Meeting of the Congress. He said, India is proud of its Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership with the US, built upon the foundation of shared democratic values, strong people-to-people ties, and an unwavering commitment to global peace and prosperity.
