PM to inaugurate Iconic Week of Finance and Corporate Affairs Ministries on June 6

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' Iconic Week of the Finance and Corporate Affairs Ministries in Delhi on the 6th of June. The event will also be celebrated live in 75 cities across India.

Briefing media in New Delhi yesterday, Finance Secretary Dr. T.V. Somanathan said the role of these two Ministries are important in the achievement of goals in the



'Amrit Kaal'. He added that treasury is the backbone of administration. 

The Secretary said that during the Iconic Week, achievements and new initiatives of the Ministries will be showcased. Each department will showcase the history and legacy and how they are preparing to face the challenges of the 'Amrit Kaal' of the next 75 years.
