Police busts hideout of illicit arms & ammunition in Hangnikoot area of Kupwara in J&K

In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Police busted a hideout of illicit arms & ammunition in the Hangnikoot area of Vilgam in the Kupwara district yesterday. According to the Police, on the basis of specific inputs, a search operation was launched in the Shalnar



Hangnikoot area during which a huge cache of arms and ammunition were recovered from a hideout. 

A case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Vilgam, and further investigation is on.
