President Droupadi Murmu Visits Meghalaya

President Droupadi Murmu is on a 2 day visit to Meghalaya. She arrived in the Khasi heritage village yesterday where she was briefed about the Sacred Groves.

The President also inaugurated and laid the foundation of several

projects. President laid the foundation for Shillong Ropeway project while Mairang Rani Road was also inaugurated. Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma and other Cabinet Ministers were also present on the occasion.
