President Kovind to be on a day-long visit to Bihar today

President Ram Nath Kovind will be on a day-long visit to Bihar today. Mr Kovind will attend programmes at Samastipur and Patna. The President will address the first convocation of Dr.Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University at Pusa in Samastipur. He will also address the 8th convocation of NIT, Patna. 

Elaborate security arrangements have been made in view of the President's visit.

University at Pusa in Samastipur. Mr Kovind will give ten gold medals to toppers of the university. 

Degrees will be given to over five hundred students. After attending a programme of Agriculture University, the President will return to Patna where he will address the 8th convocation of NIT. Mr.Kovind will give away gold medals and Certificate of Excellence awards to the students. Elaborate security arrangements have been made in view of the President's visit.
