President Ram Nath Kovind will visit Varanasi this morning on a one-day visit to Uttar Pradesh. During his temple city visit, Mr Kovind will lay foundation stone of five projects of the National Highway Authority of India. It includes second phase of outer ring of the city and four-lane roads between Varanasi and Rewa in Madhya Pradesh.
Mr Kovind will be welcomed by State Governor Ram Naik and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at the Varanasi
Airport.
Mr Kovind will attend a function organised at Deen Dayal Sankul at weavers facilitation Centre at Bada Lalpur village and distribute appointment letters to the candidates selected during a job fair organised by the Vocational Education and Skill Development department of the state government.
He will also release Sanskrit translation of Governor Ram Naik’s book Charaivet Charaiveti.
