President Pranab Mukherjee to attend BHU's centenary celebrations today

President Pranab Mukherjee will be on a 2-day visit to Varanasi from today. He will today deliver a special lecture on centenary year of Banaras Hindu University (BHU). According to a press release by the University, he will deliver the speech at Swatantrata



Bhawan at 6 pm. Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik will be the Guest of Honour and Chancellor of BHU, Dr Karan Singh will preside over the function.

The President  will attend Ganga Saptami at Dshaswamedh Ghat in Varanasi tomorrow.
