President Ram Nath Kovind greets people on occasion of Chhath Pooja

President Ram Nath Kovind has greeted the people on the occasion of Chhath pooja. In his message, Mr Kovind said, Chhath Pooja is one of the oldest festivals of the country wherein devotees worship the Sun God. 

He said, the people



also pay their obeisance towards the rivers, lakes and ponds, which are nature’s gifts. The President said, people should make resolve to make the environment, including all the water resources, safe and pollution free.
