President Ram Nath Kovind to participate in programmes organised by Southern Naval Command in Kochi today

Kochi: President Ramnath Kovind will participate in programmes organised by the Southern Naval Command in Kochi today. He will witness an operational demonstration of the Navy and visit the INS Vikrant Cell of the Cochin Shipyard in the morning. The President reached Kannur yesterday on a four-day visit to Kerala.

The President attended the fifth



convocation function of the Central University of Kerala at Periyam, Kasaragod yesterday.

Tomorrow, Mr Kovind will unveil a statue of P.N. Panicker, the father of library & literacy movement in Kerala, in the State capital. He will have night halt in the Raj Bhavan and return to New Delhi Friday morning.
