Prez Murmu prorogues both Houses of Parliament after conclusion of Winter Session

President Droupadi Murmu has prorogued both Houses of Parliament after the conclusion of the Winter Session.

In a bulletin, Lok Sabha Secretariat said, Lok Sabha which commenced its Fourteenth Session on the 4th December 2023, has been prorogued by the President on the 29th December



2023.

A bulletin issued by the Rajya Sabha Secretariat said the Rajya Sabha, which commenced its Two Hundred and Sixty Second Session on the 4th December 2023, and adjourned sine die on the 21st December, 2023 has been prorogued by the President on the 29th of December.
