New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the students at Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh in New Delhi today. The event will witness participation of students from prestigious skill development institutes which include Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra, Industrial Training Institutes, Skill India International Centre, and Jan Shikshan Sansthan. During the event, the candidates who have completed their training under various schemes and programmes of Skill India will be honoured.
The vision under the Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh is to harness the blend of school and work-based learning, to nurture talent, and enable students to showcase their skills to the world. These students
have gained skill training across different job roles. This includes assistant computer operator, data scientist, social media strategist, beauty care assistant, and domestic care.
Speaking on the occasion, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Secretary, Atul Kumar Tiwari said, Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh demonstrates the government's ongoing work for an inclusive skilling ecosystem, motivating students to contribute to personal growth and national development. He said, this will further help boost the morale of the students and inspire them to contribute towards their individual growth and development of the nation.
