Railway trying to speed up 200 km per hour on Mumbai-Delhi and Kolkata routes: Suresh Prabhu

Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu has said that railway is trying to reach the parameter of 200 kilometre per hour speed on the Mumbai-Delhi and Delhi-Kolkata railway routes. 

He was speaking at a Silver Jubilee function of Symbiosis Institute of International Business organised by Symbiosis



International University yesterday in Pune.Mr Prabhu in his speech said, the railway is more emphasizing on real time resolution for any kind of problems and grievances of passengers. 

The minister also said that the railways will be completely transformed in the next five years.
