Raj Ballabh Yadav, two others sentenced to life imprisonment in rape case of minor

In Bihar, suspended RJD MLA Raj Ballabh Yadav and two others were yesterday sentenced to life imprisonment in rape case of a minor girl.

The court also slapped a fine of 50 thousand rupees on Raj Ballabh Yadav. Three others sentenced to ten years rigorous

imprisonment.

The special court for MP and MLA of Patna pronounced quantum of punishment. The court had convicted them on December 15.

The minor girl was a resident of Rahui in Nalanda district was raped by Raj Ballabh Yadav at his residence in Biharsharif.
