In Rajasthan, COVID-19 cases are rising in the state. 397 fresh cases were reported in the last 24 hours. Three persons have died due to the COVID infection.
Governor of the State Kalraj Mishra has tested positive for COVID-19. Earlier this month, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje also got infected with COVID-19. The number of active cases has increased to 1764 in the State. There are active cases of COVID in 25 out of 33
districts of the State.
The Health Department has instructed the district officials to increase the COVID sampling. Doctors have been asked to get compulsory testing of patients with COVID-like symptoms coming in the outdoors.
The control rooms at the state and all district headquarters have been reactivated. Health Department appeals to people to follow COVID-appropriate behavior.
