Re-polling is underway in 38 polling stations of the Srinagar Lok Sabha seat. Voting, which began at 7 this morning, will conclude at 4 PM.Re-poll was ordered at the polling centres after they were hit by violence last Sunday, the day of polling for the seat. Counting will be held on Saturday.

In Delhi, counting is being held for the Rajouri Garden Assembly seat. The election is being seen as a litmus test for the ruling Aam Aadmi Party which had won 67 seats in the 70-member Delhi Assembly. The poll also assumes significance as



it is being held just ahead of the Municipal polls later this month. 

In Madhya Pradesh, counting of votes is taking place for Ater and Bandhavgarh Legislative Assembly segments.

Counting is also being held for Bhoranj seat in Himachal Pradesh, Kanthi Dakshin Assembly seat in West Bengal, Dhemaji constituency in Assam, Dholpur Assembly segment in Rajasthan, Nanjangud and Gundlupet Assembly segments in Karnataka and Littiparah Assembly seat in Jharkhand.Voting was held on Sunday.
