RLD enters SP, BSP poll alliance in UP

In Uttar Pradesh, Rashtriya Lok Dal party RLD has entered Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party poll alliance. 

This was announced at a joint press conference by Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav and RLD Vice-President Jayant Chaudhary at Lucknow yesterday. 

Rashtriya Lok Dal party is given three seats in this alliance. The seats on which RLD will fight election are Baghpat, Muzaffar Nagar



and Mathura in western Uttar Pradesh. 
 
Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj party had forged alliance for Lok Sabha Polls on January 12th this year. SP and BSP will fight jointly on 37 and 38 seats respectively in Uttar Pradesh. 

Two seats Amethi and Raebareily were left for Congress party. The alliance has already declared the name of seats for each party.
