Rs 1.43 Lakh Crore allocated to Rural Local Bodies over 3 years under 15th Finance Commission: Centre

The Centre yesterday informed that during the past three years the Panchayati Raj department has issued a grant of 1.43 lakh crore rupees for rural local bodies under 15th Finance Finance Commission recommendations.

     

In a written



reply to a question in Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Panchayati Raj, Professor SP Singh Baghel informed that till the latest information received out of the allocated amount 1.06 lakh crore rupees has been utilized in the state.
