Srinagar: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat will be arriving in Jammu on Friday for a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir.

A statement issued by the RSS in Jammu on Tuesday said that Mr. Bhagwat will during his visit chair a workers’ meeting in the winter capital on October 14 to review the functioning of the organization in the Union Territory and discuss various



programmes aimed at the social upliftment of the people.

"The next day (Sunday), he will also chair a coordination meeting and address a gathering of volunteers in Kathua district. As the RSS is completing 100 years of its establishment in 2025, the work on its expansion target will also come up for discussion during his tour," the statement added.
