Salman Khan acquitted in arms act case

Jodhpur HC acquitted the actor in the arms act case which was filed against him in 1998. The Jodhpur High Court had earlier this month fixed January 18 for pronouncing the verdict in the Arms Act case against Salman Khan.

The Bollywood actor was asked to be present in court for the verdict. Final arguments in the



case had started on December 9 last year.A case against Khan had been registered under the Arms Act by police in October 1998 for the alleged use and possession of arms with expired license during poaching of two black bucks in Kankani village in Rajasthan.

The case was filed by the forest department.
