A new five-judge Constitution Bench has been constituted in the Supreme Court to hear Ram Janambhoomi-Babri Masjid land title dispute in Ayodhya.
Justices Ashok Bhushan and Abdul Nazeer have been now included in the new Constitution Bench.
Headed by Chief justice Ranjan Gogoi, the bench also comprises of Justices S.A. Bobde and D.Y.
Chandrachud.
The bench was re-constituted as Justice U.U. Lalit, who was a member of the original bench had recused himself on January 10.
Justice N.V. Ramana, who was in the bench which last heard the matter on January 10, is not a member in the new bench.
The case will be heard on January 29 at 10:30 AM.
