The Supreme Court will hear on Monday the pleas filed by Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and former Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren challenging their arrests by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Both the petitions have been listed before the bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar
Datta.
Arvind Kejriwal has moved the Supreme Court to challenging the April 9 judgment of the Delhi high court, which rejected his writ petition challenging his arrest by the ED in connection with a money laundering case linked to the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy.
