SCR cancels, diverts some trains due to repair works

Visakhapatnam: Some trains have been cancelled or diverted owing to safety works in the South Central Railway’s Vijayawada Division. Train No. 17239 Guntur-Visakhapatnam Simhadri Express from Guntur to Visakhapatnam has been cancelled, as also the return train from July 11 to July 17.

From July 10 to July 16, the up-and-down Kakinada-Visakhapatnam passenger Special, and the up-and-down Visakhapatnam-Rajahmundry Passenger Special, have been cancelled.

The following trains will travel through Nidadavolu-Bhimavaram



Town-Gudivada-Vijayawada rather than the regular Nidadavolu-Eluru-Vijayawada. Train No.s 13351 Dhanbad-Alleppey Bokaro Express leaving Dhanbad on July 11, 14, and 15 will take a diversion avoiding Tadepalligudem and Eluru stations. Train No. 12889 Tata Nagar-SMV Bengaluru Express, which leaves Tata Nagar on July 14, will take a diversion. Train No. 18637 Hatia-SMV Bengaluru Express, which leaves Hatia on July 15, will take a diversion. Train No. 12835 Hatia-SMV Bengaluru Express, which leaves Hatia on July 11, will take a diversion.
