SC's judgement on division of powers between the Delhi govt and Centre as against Constitution and democracy: Arvind Kejriwal

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has termed the Supreme Court's judgment on the division of powers between the Delhi government and the Centre as against the Constitution and democracy.

Talking to media in New Delhi, Mr. Kejriwal

said, AAP government will seek legal remedies over the verdict.

He alleged that the Central government is creating hurdles in the functioning of the AAP dispensation.
