Section 144 Imposed In Entire Leh District To Maintain Peace And Public Tranquillity

In Ladakh, Section 144 has been imposed in entire Leh district from yesterday to maintain peace and public tranquillity in the district. With the imposition of section 144 in Leh,  prior permission in writing has to be sought from the office of the district Magistrate, Leh for holding any kind of procession, rally and

The order also directed not to make any statements which has potential to disturb the communal harmony, public tranquillity, which may lead to law and order problems in the district beside following the model code of conduct.
