Under Operation Ganga, seventh flight carrying 182 Indian nationals landed in Mumbai this morning. Union Minister Narayan Rane received them at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. More than 1,400 students have already been evacuated from war-hit Ukraine under Operation Ganga.

Operation Ganga started from Bucharest to Mumbai with 182 Indian nationals.

The Indian Embassy in Ukraine has said that 400 students housed near the Embassy since 24th February successfully left Kyiv by train through Mission's efforts. In a tweet, the Embassy said, ensured movement of more than 1000 Indian students from Kyiv towards Western Ukraine today. The Indian Mission in Ukraine has advised the remaining few students in Kyiv to leave once curfew is lifted.
