Sharmila to resume Paramarsha Yatra from Jan 3

YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader Sharmila will resume her Paramarsa Yatra in Telangana from January 3 and she will cover Medak and Nizamabad districts in four days during the yatra.

“Sharmila will tour Medak for three days from January 3 and console 13 families that lost a member each on hearing the news of the death of Y S Rajashekara Reddy,” leader of the Telangana unit of the party Shiva Kumar said reporters here on Thursday.

In Medak, she would cover 850 km in eight Assembly constituencies and from there she



would tour Nizamabad district on January 6 where she would console seven families in a range of 240 km in three Assembly constituencies, he said.

Sharmila has already completed Paramarsa Yatra in seven of the ten districts so far and will cover Medak and Nizamabad barring Greater Hyderabad in wake of GHMC elections.

The YSRCP leaders took objection to the dismantling of Dr Ambedkar’s statue at Kadapa collector’s office and demanded immediate action against those who were responsible for the incident.
