Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigned, left the country and her flight landed in India at 5:36 pm on Monday. Her departure from Bangladesh and an end to her 15 years of power comes weeks after anti-government violence left over 300 dead. Her flight landed at the Hindon Air
Force Station in Ghaziabad.
Air Officer Commanding (AOC) Sanjay Chopra received Sheikh Hasina at the air base. Hasina's aircraft movement was completely monitored by the Air Force and security agencies from its entry into the Indian airspace to the Hindon air base.
