SIT seeks date from lab for narco test in Gauri case

A special investigation team (SIT) probing the Guari Lankesh murder case has written to the Gujarat Forensic Laboratory seeking to fix a date to conduct a narco-analysis test on the accused KT Naveen Kumar.

On March 12, a local court had given permission to the SIT to go ahead with the narco test



after the accused kept changing his statements time and again.

"We have sought information on the date on which the test can be conducted and how long it would last. As soon as the response comes, we will inform the court and take the accused to Gujarat," a senior SIT official said.
