Six CRPF personnel injured in IED blast in Jharkhand

Six CRPF personnel have been injured yesterday in an IED blast under Tonto police station in West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand.

All injured jawans have been airlifted to Ranchi for better medical treatment. Police sources said the encounter between Naxals and police is still



going on.

West Singhbhum district SP Ashutosh Shekhar told that this incident took place in remote forest areas under Tonto police station in the afternoon. Mr Shekhar said that the Maoists also suffered heavy losses during the encounter.
