Chavan stated, "I had sent an onion trader in Solapur for sale ten bags of onions weighing more than five

quintals." However, after deducting costs associated with labor, transportation, loading, and other elements, I only made a net profit of Rs 2.49 from him. I was offered a rate of Rs 100 per quintal by the trader. He stated that he received Rs 512 for the crop, which had a total weight of 512 kilograms.

"I received a net profit of Rs 2.49 after deducting labor, weighing, transportation, and other costs in the amount of Rs 509.51. I and other state onion farmers are insulted by this. How will we survive if we get such returns? He pressed.
