Southwest Monsoon Further Advanced Into The Remaining Parts Of Rajasthan, Haryana, And Punjab

The Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into the remaining parts of Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab. India Meteorological Department IMD said the Southwest Monsoon had covered the entire country six days before the normal date. 

In its forecast it said, light to moderate rainfall accompanied with thunderstorms, and lightning is expected in the northwest and central parts of the country



during the next four days. Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat are expected to experience very heavy rainfall today. Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhatisgrah, and Madhya Pradesh are expected to experience heavy rainfall today. The northeastern part of the country is also expected to get heavy to very heavy rainfall in the next four days.
