Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav has been admitted to the ICU ward of Gurgram's Medanta Hospital after a decline in his health. The 82-year-old former Uttar Pradesh chief minister was admitted for several days but has been shifted to the care unit after his condition deteriorated on Sunday.
Sources said that he was admitted to the hospital after a serious health condition and his medical status is said to be stable at present. He was facing breathing difficulties and is under the supervision of Internal
Medicine expert Dr Sushila Kataria, currently at the hospital.
Singh has been suffering from a urinary infection as well, hospital sources said.
Sources said that his treatment is being carried out at the said hospital as his routine checkup is also done there. In July 2021, Singh was admitted to the hospital after complaining about uneasiness.
Also, his son Akhilesh Yadav and his wife Dimple arrived at the hospital and Shivpal Singh Yadav is headed to the hospital too.
