Spain has pledged to provide military support to Ukraine worth one billion euros this year under an agreement signed yesterday between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in Madrid. The pact calls for the supply of modern military equipment for ground, aerial, naval and other uses.
Meanwhile, two civilians were killed and five wounded in a Russian attack on
Ukraine’s southern Mykolaiv region today.
On the other hand, one person was killed and three wounded in a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia’s Oryol region yesterday. In a social media post, the regional governor, Andrey Klychkov, said a drone had crashed into a gas station, damaging it, and a second fell on it later, killing a firefighter.
