Stock markets react positively to Budget 2017

When Jaitley took his seat after finishing his speech, the Sensex was more than 300 points up and the Nifty

was up by 80. Both indices seemed to show no signs of slowing their rise.

The Sensex and Nifty had opened in the green, and had flattened into a tight band around Tuesday's closing.
