Surat court dismissed the Hardik Patel bail plea

Hardik has also filed a bail plea before an Ahmedabad court in the second sedition case filed against him, where the order is likely to be pronounced tomorrow. n the second case filed in Ahmedabad, the Gujarat High Court had recently dropped IPC sections 121 - pertaining to waging war against the government, 153(A) - promoting enmity between different communities and 153 (B) - assertions pre-judicial to national integrity, on the FIR against Hardik while retaining the charge of sedition.
