Survey exercise of Caste enumeration in Bihar completed, says Bihar CM Nitish Kumar

Patna: Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar said, yesterday, that the survey exercise of Caste enumeration in Bihar has been completed, and after the compilation of data the Caste Based Survey report will be released. Mr. Kumar was talking to the media on the sidelines of a programme in Patna yesterday.

The Chief Minister said, the Caste Based



Survey will be comprehensive and provide a number of different castes, their economic status, and the number of migrants who are residing outside of the State. 

Mr. Kumar also said that with the completion of the drive, Bihar would introduce a model of Caste Based Survey in the country.
