Suspected ULFA (Independence) terrorists kill five civilians in Assam

Efforts are on to nab the Suspected ULFA (Independence) militants involved in the killing of 5 civilians at Dhola in Tinusukia district of Assam on Thursday evening. 

Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonowal has condemned the incident and instructed police to take the strictest action against the miscreants. 

Senior ministers Keshab Mahanta and Parimal Suklabaidya will



visit the spot today and meet the local people. 

Assam Handloom minister Ranjit Dutta said that killing of innocent civilians would not solve any problems. He said that a section of people is trying to destabilise the government.
