Sweden's King and Queen to visit Mumbai today

King of Sweden, Carl Gustaf Folke Hubertus and Queen Silvia Renate Sommerlath will be on a day-long visit to Mumbai today. The royal couple, accompanied by a delegation will have a luncheon meeting with Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari.

They are also likely to participate in a beach cleaning programme



at Versova beach along with UN Earth Champion Afroz Shah. In the afternoon, the royal couple will visit Doorstep School for under-privileged children and interact with its founder Bina Lashkari, and later attend a dialogue on gender parity. They will fly to Dehradun tomorrow morning.
