Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin urges PM Modi to send essential goods and medicines to Sri Lanka

In a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday, he has said reports of untold suffering and unrest in the neighbourhood are pouring in every day, in the wake of ongoing economic



crisis. 

In the letter, he has referred to a unanimous resolution passed in the state Assembly yesterday morning on the same subject. He has urged the Prime Minister to instruct the Ministry of External Affairs to process the state government’s request to send relief materials to Sri Lanka.
