Tamil Nadu: First cabinet meeting under leadership of CM M K Stalin to be held today

The first cabinet meeting under the leadership of Chief Minister M.K.Stalin will be held at the State Secretariat today. The State registered over 27 thousand fresh COVID-19 cases yesterday and more than 240 deaths. The meeting will discuss the covid situation ahead of the lock down to be implemented



tomorrow.

 

District borders will be closed for transport and those coming from other states and countries will have to register in the Government's website. The 16th State Assembly will gather on the 11th for the swearing in and affirmation of oath of the new MLAs. The election of the Speaker and the deputy speaker will be held on the 12th.
