All eyes are on the Telangana Cabinet meeting which will be held on Sunday afternoon, amid hectic speculation that it may take a decision to extend the ongoing lockdown in the state.
The ongoing lockdown which was clamped on May 12 to check the spread of the contagious COVID-19 will end on Sunday and speculations are rife that the Cabinet may extend the lockdown by another week or
two with more relaxations.
The government, it is speculated, may extend the relaxation by another two hours from 6 a.m. to 12 noon.
Currently, a 20-hour lockdown is in force with a four hours relaxation from 6 a.m. The Cabinet will meet under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan, the CM's camp office at 1400 hours.
