Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao has written letter to the centre to resolve the issue arising out of protests due to the Hyderabad High Court not being bifurcated so far.
In letters written to Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of State for personnel Jitender Singh, he said unless the High Court bifurcated, the process of bifurcation process can not be considered as complete.
The Chief Minister is also learnt to have pointed out the bifurcation precedents in Chattisgarh, Jharkhand and

Uttarakhand where the High Courts were bifurcated before the new judges appointed.
Meanwhile, the number of the Judicial Officers that the High Court suspended has gone up to 11 following huge protests by the advocates and judges of lower courts.
Security has been strengthened at the high Court in Hyderabad in the wake of the protests by agitating advocates. The bar associations and Telangana Judicial Officers Association have also called for intensifying their protest against the suspensions across the state.
