In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, ten terrorists were killed by security forces in four separate encounters during the last three days in the Kashmir Valley.

According to series of tweets of Kashmir Zone Police, four terrorists of  Lashkar-e-Toiba were killed in two different encounters during the overnight gunfights at Aganhanzipora in Awantipora area of South Kashmir's Pulwama district and in Soura area of Srinagar City.

Inspector General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that both the LeT terrorists who were neutralized in Pulwama encounter identified as Shahid Mushtaq Bhat and Farhan Habib were involved in the killing of TV Artist Ambreen Bhat at Hushroo in Chadoora area of Budgam district on Wednesday. He said



that the heinous murder of Ambreen Bhat was solved in 24 hours.

In Soura encounter, two Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists neutralized by security forces have been identified as Shakir Ahmad Waaza  and Afreen Aftab Malik, both residents of Trenz in south Kashmir's Shopian district.

Earlier, security forces yesterday killed three Pakistani terrorists at Jumagund in north Kashmir's Kupwara district whereas three terrorists were neutralized at Najibhat crossing in Kreeri area of Baramulla district on Wednesday.

Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet said of the slain terrorists killed  three belonged to Jaish--e-Mohammad (JeM) and seven (07) are from Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT).
