Textile Minister Giriraj Singh Visits Surat Textile Parks

Union Textile Minister Giriraj Singh, who is on a two-day visit to Gujarat, visited various textile parks in Surat district on Friday. The minister also observed the making of parachute fabric, thermal protection jackets, and military segment units used for the army at a factory in Surat.

Union Minister saw a variety of products like sarees, sweaters, shirts, and boots made from yarn recycled from 2.5 million tons of waste at Dodhiya Synthetics located in Kim. The Minister also participated in a roadshow in Surat in the evening to promote Bharat Tex 2025.
