In Jammu and Kashmir, an encounter broke out between secuity forces and terrorists in Waterhail area of Budgam district on Wednesday morning. Additional Director General of Police (Kashmir) Vijay Kumar said, three terrorists belonging to Lashkar-e-Toiba including Lateef Rather are trapped in the ongoing

The gun battle broke out after security forces along with Jammu and Kashmir police launched a joint operation against terrorists hiding in the aea. Security forces cordoned-off the area after receiving intelligence inputs about the presence of terrorists.
