Three terrorists killed in encounter with security forces in Anantnag district, J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, three terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Anantnag district this morning.

The encounter broke out after security forces launched a cordon and search operation at Khul Chohar following information about the presence of terrorists in the area. The gunfight broke out after



terrorists opened fire on the search party of the forces, who retaliated.

The identity of the slain terrorists is being ascertained. One AK 47 Rifle and Two pistols have been recovered from their possession. Operation has concluded but search operation in the area is going on.
