Three terrorists killed in two anti-terror operations in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, three terrorists belonging to Hizbul Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) have been killed in two anti-terror operations. Security forces launched a cordon- and- search operation in Qazigund area of Anantnag district yesterday on a tip-off about the presence of terrorists in the area. Police said, in the ensuing encounter, LeT



terrorist Asif Malik was eliminated. An Army jawan was martyred in the encounter. 

In another encounter at Panzan in Budgam district, security forces neutralised two terrorists. The slain terrorists have been identified as Sheeraz Ahmad Bhat and Irfan Ahmad Dar of Hizbul Mujahideen.
