Two BSF personnel, ultra killed in encounter in Machil sector

Two BSF personnel and a militant were killed today in an operation in Macchil sector near the Line of Control in Kashmir.

Security forces launched an operation in Macchil sector in north Kashmir's Kupwara district following information about presence of



militants in the area, an Army official said. He said one militant was killed in the operation that was going on till reports last came in.

Two BSF personnel were also killed in the operation, he said, adding further details of the incident are awaited.
