There were two fire incidents in Mumbai yesterday where fire broke out in residential buildings but there was no casualty due to immediate response of fire brigade department.
A major fire broke out at a commercial complex near Dream Land theatre in south Mumbai last evening, which was doused around 2 am this morning.According to fire brigade officials,
the blaze erupted on the first floor of a four-storeyed building in Girgaon at around 8:15 PM. The fire then spread to the second floor of the complex.
According to them, eight fire tenders were pressed into service. Earlier in the day, a fire broke out in a residential building on P D'Mello Road. However, no one was injured in the incident.
