Two newly inducted ministers into Goa cabinet allocated portfolios

The two newly inducted ministers into Goa cabinet have been allocated portfolios. Curchorem BJP MLA Nilesh Cabral has been allocated the power, non-conventional energy, law and judiciary, and legislative affairs portfolios. 

Mormugao BJP MLA Milind Naik will be in charge of the urban development, social welfare and Provedoria



portfolios. 

Mr Cabral and Mr Naik were sworn in as ministers by the governor Mridula Sinha at Raj Bhavan at Dona Paula near Panaji on Monday. 

They replaced ailing Francis D'Souza, who was the urban development minister; and Pandurang Madkaikar, who was the power minister.
